The Platform includes educational modules on consolidated balance sheets, asset audits, and transparency within corporate structures. The services are provided under the name jihebao.com.
Access to the Platform is only permitted for authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. It is not permitted to use the Platform for illegal activities or to disrupt its operation.
All content, software, and functionality of the Platform are owned by jihebao or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The Platform provides tools for asset management and financial reporting but does not replace professional financial advice. jihebao is not liable for decisions made based on the generated reports.
jihebao is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in the past twelve months.
jihebao reserves the right to change these terms. Users will be notified of this via the Platform. Upon termination of your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where jihebao is established.
